With the introduction of the Tacktion Grip bat (patent pending), AkademaŤ, the manufacturer accelerating the evolution of baseball equipment, has found a use for all those sunflower shells littering dugouts throughout the country. This brand new bat incorporates a proprietary mix of ground sunflower shells, walnut shells and sand affixed to the handle of the bat to provide extra grip. This slurry mixture is painstakingly applied onto the handle of each bat to provide a pretreated grip. No more messy pine tar, no more tape, the Akadema Tacktion Bat is ready for immediate use. Elite Maple Wood w/ Tacktion Grip 34in, black finished Rock Maple with Tacktion Grip, Medium 2 1/4" barrel, Cupped-end, 7/8" tapered barrel, 1 7/8" knob.
