All orders will take from 7 to 10 days for to be filled from our store.
WARRANTY
We warranty products against defects in workmanship and material for 60 days.
RETURNS
All returns must have prior authorization. Contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). All returns must be shipped prepaid. Collect items will be refused. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
INSPECTION & FREIGHT CLAIMS
When you receive your shipment, inspect all cartons before signing the delivery receipt. All shortages or visual damages must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
You must notify our customer service department of any shortages or damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
Panka Sports will assist you in filing a claim if all correct procedures have been followed.

- Equipment usage and set-up by children should be monitored;
- Users of equipment should know the risks involved in the activity they are taking part in.
- Users must know their own physical limitations when using any equipment.
